Refund policy

We want every report to feel like it was written about your pet alone. If something went wrong, email hello@zodiapaws.com from the address you ordered with and tell us what happened. We answer within 2 working days.

Full report: instant digital delivery

The report is digital content written for your pet the moment you pay, and delivered straight away: on screen within minutes and by email, with the PDF. Once in a while a report gets a quick human look first; then it arrives within a few hours and we email you to say so. The portrait follows as soon as it's painted from your photo.

Before paying, you tick a box asking for immediate delivery and confirming that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the report is delivered. We save that consent with your order and repeat it in your order confirmation email. Because of it, a delivered report can't be returned for a refund just for changing your mind.

If something goes wrong

Tell us and we'll put it right, for example if:

• the report or the portrait never arrived;
• it has the wrong name, species, gender or date, or mixes up another pet;
• a section is missing or broken, or the portrait doesn't show your pet;
• you were charged twice for the same report.

Email us and we'll fix it: a wrong name, gender, breed or date and we write the report again and resend it; a portrait that doesn't look like your pet and we paint a new one. We usually fix the report first. Beyond that, we may refund all or part of the price as a goodwill gesture, at our discretion. Ask within 30 days of delivery.

Not covered: not agreeing with what the stars say. Astrology is a matter of taste, and we can't refund because a reading didn't match how you see your pet. You can always tell us, though: we read everything.

Gift vouchers

A gift voucher keeps the normal 14-day right of withdrawal until it's redeemed: an unused voucher can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Whoever redeems the code ticks the same immediate-delivery box, and from then on the report is covered by the rules above. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can't be exchanged for cash after that.

Report + 3 months of forecasts

The report part follows the rules above. The immediate-delivery box you tick at checkout covers the forecasts too. If a forecast doesn't arrive, tell us and we'll send it or refund that week. The forecasts are part of one bundle price, so stopping them early doesn't give a partial refund.

Cosmic Calendar 2027

The calendar is a digital PDF made for your pet after you pay, and emailed to you when it's ready. Before paying, you tick the same kind of box as for the report, asking for immediate delivery and confirming that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the calendar is delivered. Bought with the report, one box covers both. A “Report + Calendar” gift voucher follows the gift voucher rules above until it's redeemed.

If it never arrived, shows the wrong pet or details, or a page is broken, tell us within 30 days and we'll make it again. Need the other paper size? Switch it yourself on your calendar page, free. Printing costs and results at home or in a print shop aren't covered, so print one page first to check. Beyond that, we may refund all or part of the price as a goodwill gesture, at our discretion.

Weekly forecast subscription

• Free trial: if you tried the forecast free with your report, we email you 7 days before the first payment. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
• Cancelling: you can cancel anytime from the “Manage or cancel” link in any forecast email. The forecasts carry on to the end of the month you've paid for, and nothing more is charged.
• Refunds: forecasts already sent aren't refunded, but if you were charged for a month you didn't want (for example, you meant to cancel the day before), write to us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund that month.
• Pausing: you can pause for one or two months instead of cancelling; nothing is charged while paused.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe, in the same currency. They usually show up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
