ZodiaPaws is for fun and reflection. Many owners find the readings uncannily familiar, but it's entertainment, not science or advice.

Enter their birthday on the home page and you'll see their sign, element and ruling planet straight away, plus a first look at three sections of their reading.

Use the day they came home. Rescues get a reading built around their arrival day, plus an Arrival Day certificate.

No. We use the sun sign, which comes from the date alone, so a birthday (or arrival day) is all we need. If you only know the month they came home, that works too.

Not at all. Choose "Mixed / not sure" and they'll be our proud mystery mix: the reading leans on their sign and on what you tell us, not on a breed label.

All 10 sections, personality meters, a zodiac wheel, your compatibility, the year ahead, a cosmic portrait, a PDF and a printable certificate.

In a few minutes. As soon as your payment goes through we write the report, check every section and open it on screen, then email you the link with the PDF attached. Once in a while a report gets a quick human look before it's sent: then it arrives within a few hours, and we email to let you know.

We paint the cosmic portrait as soon as the photo arrives and email you when it's ready. It appears on the report page, on the PDF cover and on a new Story card. The report text stays exactly as it is.

Just email us from the address you ordered with and tell us what's wrong: the name's spelling, boy or girl, the breed or the date. We'll write the report again with the right details and email it to you.

After you order, we turn the photo you upload into a neon, star-lit portrait. Your pet stays recognisable. No photo yet? You can add one on the report page whenever you like, and the portrait follows.

For Soulmate Check, the section about you and your pet. It's optional: without it, that section compares your pet with the other signs instead. You can add it later and we'll rewrite the section.

Anyone with its link, so treat the link like a key and share it only with people you'd show the report to. It isn't listed anywhere or shown in search engines.

You pay, pick a card design and add a message. The recipient gets an email with a code, which they redeem at zodiapaws.com/redeem and then fill in their pet's details whenever they're ready. You also get a printable voucher.

12 months from the day it's bought. Each code works once.

A short email every Monday for one pet: their mood for the week, an activity to try together and their lucky day. It's a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime.

The free sign horoscope is written for every dog or cat of a sign: a headline, the week's mood and one line, free every Monday. The personal forecast is written for your pet by name, from their breed and the habits in their report, and adds the week's sky, one thing to watch for, something to try together and their own lucky day.

Yes, once you have the full report: its page (and the email it comes with) offers the weekly forecast free for the first weeks. We email you a reminder 7 days before the first payment, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.

Yes. Every forecast email has a link to manage your subscription, where you can pause for one or two months or cancel. A cancelled subscription runs to the end of the month you've paid for.

Checkout is run by Stripe, so you can pay by card and with the wallets Stripe offers in your country. We never see your card details. Prices are in euros, or US dollars for visitors in the US.

Your report is delivered straight away, so when you order you ask for that and agree that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once it's delivered. If something goes wrong, email us: we'll put it right, and we may also refund you as a goodwill gesture. An unused gift voucher can be refunded within 14 days. The details are on our refund policy page.

It's used only to make the portrait and share card, and the original is deleted after 30 days.

No cookies and no third-party trackers. We count anonymous visits to the form so we can see where it gets confusing, and that's all.
